The Mind behind the Dream

All About Ana

When Ana Margarita Brito set out on her entrepreneurial mission to create her own company, she did it by first crafting a tactical plan in place to reach her objectives beginning with her accomplished educational progression. Ana received her Bachelors in Science degree in Business Administration in 2003 and later earned her MBA Masters in Business Administration in 2010 from Florida International University with an impressive Grade Point Average of 3.7. Ana’s first job in 2003 right out of college was a position with an established Miami based Title Company. It was there where she first learned all aspects of title search closings, processing procedures, and protocols. After taking a qualifying title course at Miami Dade College, Ana took the state exam, successfully passed, and received her license as an official title agent. Later Ana moved on in her career into the legal sector in 2005, working as a senior paralegal for a South Florida based law firm. During her tenure there she broadened her knowledge by acting as liaison between building developers and contracted buyers in closing over 300 million dollars in condominium inventory. It was the perfect apprenticeship for Ana to acquire the legal knowledge and transactional property closing procedures that would be invaluable to her later in establishing her own company. Following the rough national real estate crash period of 2008, Ana moved in 2010 to a position with Royal Caribbean Group, formerly known as Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. as a revenue analyst and later was promoted to Revenue Manager. There Ana acquired valuable knowledge and expertise in controlling cash flow, money movement and the safe handling and the securing of monetary transfers as well as managing decisions that drove an excess of $200million yearly in cruise line ticket sales. She held that position until 2017, but her active interest in the buying and selling of real estate properties, unfettered by the real estate crash of 2008 were about to send her on a direct path to her ultimate dream . . . ownership of her own company. Ana left Royal Caribbean Cruises to join Gabriel Bodner, principal at Miami Title Group in 2017. Miami Title Group refined and honed Ana’s skillsets through engagement with both buyers and sellers in the purchase and refinance closings for residential and commercial properties. This final step effectively prepared Ana with the knowledge and confidence to create her own company and a dream come true with the launch AMB Title. Today Ana is the successful founder and owner of one of South Florida’s most prestige and respected title closing companies. Her track record on secured unblemished title closings is one of the best in the state. You can rest assured that all your title needs are handled in a secure, safe, and thorough manner in the very capable hands of Ana Margarita Brito.
